Local company has an immediate need for Full Time Entry Level Manager Trainees due to company expansion and increased business. Our management team is quickly becoming overwhelmed by increased entry level staff and lack of experienced assistant supervisors. We're looking for candidates who want a fast-track to management to start immediately in our manager trainee program.

Full Time Entry Level Manager Trainee Requirements:

  • Willing to learn, quick learner
  • Goal-oriented
  • Leadership abilities
  • No experience required

Full Time Entry Level Manager Trainee Duties:

  • Learn the position you'll be managing within your first month
  • After the training period, you'll be trained on management duties
  • Supervise and assist staff in daily challenges
  • Provide feedback to staff to help them overcome their challenges
  • Assist upper management

Full Time Entry Level Manager Trainee Benefits:
