Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Ops Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our data pipelines and data infrastructure. They will work closely with architects, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that data is properly collected, stored, and processed, and that it is available to the people and systems that need it. Role and Responsibilities

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and should demonstrate the following competencies to consistently perform the essential functions of this position.   • Develop and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data from various sources.
  • Design and implement data storage solutions to ensure data is stored securely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure data is accurate and available.
  • Implement data governance and security measures to ensure data is handled in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Continuously improve data operations processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Enable the organization to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years proven experience with data pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of data storage solutions and data architecture.
  • Experience with data governance and security measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Strong understanding of MS SQL on MS Azure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
