```Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced member to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising and overseeing lawn mowing, garden maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful lawns.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of groundskeepers

- Plan and execute mowing and groundskeeping tasks

- Ensure the proper use of equipment and tools

- Monitor the health of plants, and lawns and take appropriate action to address any issues

- Provide guidance and training to team members

- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lawn mowing, garden maintenance, or groundskeeping

- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques

- Ability to supervise a team effectively

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

 

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
