About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified MSHA Instructor who is certified with a Blue Card or can obtain one. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver MSHA training to employees and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and update training materials to reflect current MSHA standards.
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
• Assist in the development of safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current MSHA Blue Card certification or be able to obtain one.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety practices in the mining industry.

Other requirements:

• Very qualified in all computer skills
• Experienced in training program development
• Instructional Design a Plus
• Available to travel
• Available to work 50+ hours per week
