Sparks Group in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will have a direct line to leadership to perform product pricing analysis, product cost analysis, profitability analysis for products, projects, product lines, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is inquisitive, strategic and has 5 years of financial analysis experience. • Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to translate data into actionable insights for business decisions. This includes analyzing operations, profitability, and cost structures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to develop long-term financial plans and work with department heads on annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct data discovery, analysis, and modeling to leverage BI tools and deliver meaningful insights on business performance and support strategic expansion.
• Collaborate with management on process improvement, workforce optimization, and investment analysis, ensuring clear communication of financial information across the organization.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Background in accounting and finance
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI
• Strong analytical skillset, including utilization of BI and reporting tools
• Advanced MS Excel skills to include writing Macros
