We are currently seeking to hire a qualified, experienced candidate for Landscape Foreman and crew lead to join our team We prefer 5 years of experience as a Landscape Forman.

The Opportunity: The Landscape Foreman plays a crucial role in ensuring that they and the crew complete the daily scheduled jobs as specified. 

If you are an extremely reliable individual with an interest in the landscape and snow industry, you have the ability to work independently and to lead others. We want to hear from you

Your Day to Day: 

  • Ensure work performance is completed per the given scope of work and specifications.  
  • Lead crew as you ensure performance on each individual job scheduled daily. 
  • You Must be able to use a zero-turn mower 
  • Driving to all scheduled job sites. You must be able to pull a trailer. 
  • Use of phone app to document each site completion and any additional notes for management. Communicate daily with internal teams, management and your crew.
  • Ensure quality issues are reported and resolved, as applicable. Any other duties as assigned.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

  • REQUIRED to be a licensed driver in the state of Michigan.
  • Experience in the landscape maintenance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape materials, and basic equipment. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced landscape environment with attention to detail and accuracy for completion to job specs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
