Job Description:

Creole Connection is seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and glasses are cleaned, sanitized, and organized for use by the kitchen and front of house staff.
  • Assist with bussing tables when necessary.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Work efficiently to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
