Our cooks are responsible for following HACCP Regulations when preparing our food for airline customers based upon established customer specifications.
Qualifications- 4 years cooking skills in the kitchen
- Ability to work in a cold environment weekly
- Strong sanitation skills, HACCP knowledge
- Strong adherence to production and recipe standards
- On time, alert, and properly uniformed when scheduled to be at work
- Careful and conscientious in the performance of duties
- Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly with customer, management, and fellow employees
- Experience in a high volume kitchen
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Good attendance and performance records
- Ability to handle high-pressure decision making and time constraints
