Job Overview:

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school in Oak Lawn, IL. This role involves providing essential behavioral support and intervention to students, working collaboratively with school staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Key BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
  • Work with teachers and parents to implement and monitor intervention strategies.
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students.
  • Train school staff on behavior intervention techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and effectiveness.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to support student goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification.
  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay for the 9-month school year.
