Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Imaging Technologist with expertise in MRI, CT, Mammography, Radiologic, and Surgical specialties. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging):

  • Perform MRI scans to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
  • Operate MRI equipment and ensure proper functioning.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent hazards related to magnetic fields.

CT (Computed Tomography):

  • Conduct CT scans to create detailed images of internal organs and tissues.
  • Position patients and operate CT equipment.
  • Administer contrast agents as required and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of images to radiologists for interpretation.

Mammography:

  • Perform mammograms for breast cancer screening and diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain optimal images.
  • Maintain quality control standards and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide patient education and support during procedures.

Radiologic Technology:

  • Perform general radiographic procedures to produce images of bones, tissues, and organs.
  • Ensure proper positioning and use of protective measures to minimize radiation exposure.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis.

Surgical Specialties:

  • Assist in imaging procedures during surgical interventions.
  • Operate mobile imaging equipment (e.g., C-arm) in operating rooms.
  • Ensure sterile techniques and adherence to surgical protocols.
  • Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to provide imaging support.

Required skills & Certifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Technologist in the speciality.
  • BLS is required
  • ARRT is required
