Salary: $20 - $30 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to meet specifications
  • Program CNC machinery using CAM software
  • Conduct first-article inspections and in-process checks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of CNC machinist experience
  • Proficiency in CNC operation, programming, and first-article inspection
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with HAAS, Mazak, or similar CNC machines preferred
