Job Posting: Cleaning Technician for Restoration Company

Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $19.50 STARTING OUT AN HOUR
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch), with occasional overtime and minimal weekend work

Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Cleaning Technician for our restoration company. The ideal candidate will assist in packing and moving contents from homes or buildings after floods or fires, transporting them to our warehouse, and cleaning and restoring customers' goods. You may also be required to work on-site for fire/smoke cleaning and restoration. This can grow into you getting certificates to become a restoration tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack and move boxes, furniture, and other items carefully and efficiently
  • Clean and restore items in boxes, as well as wrapped and re-boxed items
  • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure thorough work
  • Handle and care for customers' goods meticulously
  • Document and track items throughout the restoration process

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle goods carefully and thoroughly
  • Willingness to occasionally work overtime and minimal weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour
