Responsibilities

  • Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
  • Select fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes (like avocado, mango and carrots). Add additional flavors to sushi rolls with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi and soy sauce, when appropriate
  • Manage food prep activities
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
  • Recommend new and modern recipes from time to time
  • Maintain very high hygiene principles in all cooking areas

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Sushi Chef
  • Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
  • Availability to work during normal business hours, including weekends and Holidays
  • Our Hours of operation are: Monday: Closed -Tuesday-Friday 11:00am-6:00pm- Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 12:00-5:00pm
