Responsibilities
- Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
- Select fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes (like avocado, mango and carrots). Add additional flavors to sushi rolls with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi and soy sauce, when appropriate
- Manage food prep activities
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Recommend new and modern recipes from time to time
- Maintain very high hygiene principles in all cooking areas
Requirements
- Work experience as a Sushi Chef
- Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
- Availability to work during normal business hours, including weekends and Holidays
- Our Hours of operation are: Monday: Closed -Tuesday-Friday 11:00am-6:00pm- Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 12:00-5:00pm
