Job Description: 

MAC Software Developer

This company is shaping the next generation of telecom infrastructure products.
You will work on cutting-edge wireless communication products for telecom infrastructure. In this role, you will be at the forefront of wireless technology, contributing to the development, optimization, and deployment of MAC layers for our products. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • comprehensive understanding of WiFi protocols and the WiFi stack, with a specialization in the WiFi MAC layer. 
  • Embedded Linux and Embedded C: programming, making daily contributions to codebase. 
  •  Responsible for optimizing data paths, ensuring low latency and high throughput in our telecom infrastructure products.
  • Hands-On Coding: you will own the entire software development life cycle, from coding and testing to deployment. Your daily tasks will include coding, testing, applying optimizations, and developing new features.
  • Expertise in WiFi Standards: WiFi 5e (11ac), WiFi 6 (11ax), and WiFi (11be). Experience with WiFi 6 (11ax) is highly desired.
  • Low-Level Programming: including hardware register programming. You will work on complex, multi-core, and multi-chipset platforms, shaping the future of wireless technology.
