GENERAL SUMMARY
The position of Class Support Coordinator is responsible for managing, streamlining, and performing a variety of high-level administrative duties supporting and coordinating within Ministry Development, Member Support, Finance and other managers at BSF Headquarters. This individual will spend an extensive amount of time collaborating on issues leading to solutions and communicating within Ministry Development and other BSF headquarters divisions. This individual also supports the class administration ministry volunteers numbering 6400+, providing HQ level Leader Support, requiring advanced knowledge and independent decision making.
ESSENTIAL TO THE POSITION
Must have received Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior and be in full agreement with the Bible Study Fellowship Statement of Faith, Human Sexuality Policy, Core Values and Cultural Commitments. Working knowledge of MyBSF and experience in BSF leadership are essential. Extensive software skills, internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Word processing, creating spreadsheets, fillable forms, and presentations are needed. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff are essential to this position. Ability to assimilate into and work well on collaborative teams to accomplish large tasks or projects within quick timeframes.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as Data Steward for MyBSF and BSF Online by managing data as HQ Field Administrator by processing Change Requests, creating and closing BSF Class models, Areas, Pilots, and represent BSF through Incident Report management and CEU processes.
- Daily participation on Leader Support as Final HQ Tier of support. Represent Class Support in daily Member Support check-ins and actively assist ongoing MyBSF user acceptance testing (UAT) and development work. Assist with the creation and updating of Non-study Leader resources to provide policy and procedures for Class Administration, other manuals and the MyBSF Reference Guide.
- Support MyBSF interface with other systems (like Docebo and Podio) and provide back-up support by cross-training with other personnel such as uploading to the MyBSF Resource Library.
- Interface and collaborate with other MD personnel and other HQ divisions regularly on class procedures and class data management in MyBSF and BSF Online.
- Provide coordination and support of Ministry Development projects for directors supporting new and existing essentials and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with and collaborate on other miscellaneous Ministry Development functions as needed.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE

Skills: Intermediate to advanced (3-5 years) software skills including MyBSF database management, Microsoft Office Products, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Dropbox, Word Press and Smartsheet.
Qualifications & Experience: BSF leadership experience as a Class administrator or Administrative Leader (2-3 years) required. Working knowledge of MyBSF.org required. Skills and Ability to participate in User Acceptance Testing.
Spiritual Requirements: Thorough understanding of the Christian faith and its doctrines and the BSF Statement of Faith. Follow Matthew 18 principles in addressing issues with fellow employees. Studying the Bible in preparation for each weekday’s group meeting. Lead staff prayer time and your table group Bible study as reasonably requested. Prepare for and attend each Day of Prayer and All Staff Gathering.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Position is located in the DFW area.
- All applicants must be able to work during the hours of 8-5pm, CST, Monday through Friday
- Must be willing to travel to HQ, or other designated locations, for staff gatherings, team meetings, and other ministry events as determined
