Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)

Location: South Carolina

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing diagnostic imaging procedures and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiographic examinations according to physician orders and department protocols.
  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for interpretation by radiologists.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring proper alignment and positioning for accurate results.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.
  • Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in South Carolina.
  • Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and imaging techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients of all ages.
