Are you a BC-ABA, a Licensed Behavior Specialist seeking to complete your fieldwork and finally reach the end goal of being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst? Access Services is seeking to contract with Behavior Consultants in ABA Services (Licensed Behavior Specialists/BC-ABA Consultants) to serve children and families in their homes, school, and/or community in Shenandoah, PA. Work Locations: Shenandoah, PA, and the surrounding Schuylkill County region.

Schedule: Each contractor will develop their own schedule according to the client's needs.

Client Hours: Ranging from 1-12 clients according to contractor's preference.

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities of Behavior Consultant in ABA Services (Licensed Behavior Specialist/BC-ABA):

    • Engage children, youth, and young adults and their families/care providers to support thorough assessment of medical need for Intensive Behavioral Health Services.
    • Prepare assessments that identify target behaviors and replacement behaviors we well as establish criteria for discharge.
    • Develop ITPs that map the replacement of behaviors of concern, establish timelines and clear interventions, and identify individuals responsible for implementation.
    • Consult with families/care providers on behavior presentation, skill acquisition, concerns, and successes.
    • Monitor progress in each individual being served at least weekly.
    • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians as needed.
    • Address discharge planning with individuals being served and families/care providers.
    • Develop robust discharge plans to support individuals being served and families/care providers to maintain and solidify behavioral changes.
    • Maintain case notes in the electronic health record.
    • Attend regularly scheduled case reviews.

Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in a psychology, social work, or a related field (required)
    • Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure (LBS/BSL) required
    • 1+ years of post-Master's experience providing ABA services under supervision (required)
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)

    • $50/hourly
