Lead Technician Position:
Overview

We will fast-track your training if you have the skills listed below but have yet to be a Lead Technician. The bulk of the work will be surveillance camera installations. However, you will also install network data cables, access points, and audio systems. The job can be stressful and requires the Lead Technician to be the most flexible person involved in the project. If you need to gain the talent to handle stress while working with people to find technical solutions, it is recommended that you not pursue this position.
The Lead Technician coordinates the installation directly with the onsite contact (usually the store owner.) Our company objective is to provide the best customer experience possible. Discovering the customer's needs and providing an excellent solution are requirements for this job. As a Lead Technician, you will be 100% responsible for the quality of the installation. The Lead Technician’s job is to ensure customer satisfaction and enforce installation quality standards.
