We are searching for an accomplished Toolmaker for a client of ours In this role, you will be responsible for crafting precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures used in our manufacturing processes. You will utilize your expertise to ensure that all tools meet exact specifications and are maintained to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and fabricate molds for plastic injection molding processes
- Conduct mold trials and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- repair and maintain existing molds to ensure optimal performance.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints to create accurate tools.
- Machinery Operation: Operate various machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test completed tools to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve tooling solutions and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Toolmaker or in a similar role.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Toolmaking, Machining, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software and precision measuring instruments.
Strong understanding of materials and machining processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
