We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Membership and Events Coordinator to join our team at Cahaba Dermatology | Spa. This role is crucial in managing our membership programs and organizing events, with a strong focus on sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in membership management and sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Membership Management:

Develop and implement membership strategies to attract and retain clients.

Actively sell membership packages to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our offering

Coordinate membership enrollment, renewal, and termination processes.

Maintain accurate membership records and databases.

Respond to membership inquiries and provide excellent customer service to members.

Event Planning and Execution:

Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including educational seminars, lunch and learns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with marketing team and management to ensure seamless execution of events.

Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee event logistics.

Evaluate the success of events and implement improvements for future events.

Marketing and Promotion:

Assist in developing marketing materials and promotions to attract new members and promote events.

Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to increase membership engagement and event attendance.

Monitor and analyze membership and event data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Communication & Management:

Build strong relationships with existing members and event attendees.

Gather feedback from members and event participants to improve services and experiences.

Address any issues or concerns raised by members in a timely and professional manner.

Send regular email and text reminders to members regarding upcoming promotions, events, and special offers.

Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and aligned with the brand's tone and messaging.

Monitor member engagement with promotional messages and adjust communication strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
