SAP Data Specialist

 

Location; Irvine, CA

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Run reports in SAP and update fields such as: MOQ, lead time, testing times, Shipping time, others.
  • Request information from suppliers, SI laboratory testing, Warehousing to update the master data.
  • Identify pending transactions and bring them to completion (TECO the process order).
  • Work with QA and Operations to understand the reasons for pending process orders and close them in SAP.
  • Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Report weekly progress of the project.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ERP Experience, preferred SAP Master Data maintenance or Oracle. Excel knowledge: e.g. VLOOKUPs.
  • Understanding of the process order cycle.
