Requirement:

  • Kitchen Supervisor Experience: 3 - 5 year (Required)
  • Must be able to manage inventory, ordering, and hiring.
  • Must have interest with Japanese culture and food.
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to have problem solving skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have a great organizational skills as well as communication skills.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.
  • Evaluate, schedule, and assign kitchen duties for kitchen staff.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain food safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be able to drive to work.
  • Must be authorized to work in United States.
