Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of quality standards for materials and finished product.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and improve automated systems and processes
  • Perform product and process validations as required to ensure product quality and quality system requirements are met.
  • Assist on the Contract Review Process for compliance verification before contract acceptance.
  • Assist on Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) presentation for Upper Management
  • Evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain. Collect and maintains supplier performance metrics.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in engineering or other related fields
  • Proficient in quality tools such as 5Why’s, 8D, SPC, Gage R&R, PFMEA, Pareto chart, RCCA’s, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of PPAP & APQP elements (i.e. PSW, Control Plan, Cpk, FMEA, etc..)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
