We are seeking a highly motivated Mid to Senior Level Leasing Associate to join our team in our Nassau County, Long Island, NY office. Candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a dynamic legal environment.
The ideal candidate must have:
- 5 to 7 years’ experience working as a Leasing Attorney for a commercial real estate law firm.
- Have experience in retail leasing and representing both landlords and tenants.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
