Children's Minister

Overview:

The Children’s Director assists Connect Church in accomplishing our mission to Connect to God and others. The Children’s Director should help lead Connect Church in ministering to the children of our community to grow in their love of Christ.

Responsibilities: (Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:)

·       Helping our children grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ

·       Creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for church families and guests

·       Coordinating with senior pastor and staff to support overall ministry of the church

·       Manage staff and volunteers who are ministering to the children of Connect Church.

·       Monthly scheduling of all teaching volunteers and paid staff for Sunday school / Children’s Church and Nursery

·       Coordinating and leading special children’s events such as Christmas program, Easter Egg Hunt, and Vacation Bible School (VBS), etc.
