Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microvellum Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed millwork designs, optimizing production processes, and programming CNC machines using Microvellum software. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking and manufacturing principles, the ability to translate architectural drawings into production-ready designs, and expertise in material optimization and automated workflows. The Microvellum Engineer will collaborate closely with the production team to ensure precision and efficiency in all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed millwork designs using Microvellum.
  • Program and optimize CNC machines for efficient production.
  • Translate architectural drawings into production-ready models.
  • Ensure material optimization to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microvellum software.
  • Experience in woodworking, millwork, or cabinetry design.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operations.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a millwork or custom woodworking environment
