Job DescriptionJob Description

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Detail oriented with strong technical skills, including the ability to effectively utilize technology

· Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organization skills, time management skills, and problem-solving skills

· Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations, including payroll taxes

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

· High degree of professionalism with a strong work ethic

· Ability to be flexible and function as a team player

· Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information within the office environment

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Professional presentation, pleasant demeanor, and above-average ethical behavior when working with confidential financial documents

· Ability to manage deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment

 

Education and Experience:

· Minimum of 2-years payroll processing in a multi-client payroll environment preferred

· CPP preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
