What We Are Looking For

Our team is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking a motivated, career-minded Web Content Associate to contribute to our E-Commerce website growth strategy and ensure exceptional experiences for our customers.

 

Position Overview

This position is responsible for the content management of our e-commerce website. The Web Content Associate will work closely with management and the Purchasing/Sales Departments to manage product catalog content. The Web Content Associate will be responsible for updating site content and testing, implementing, and maintaining E-Commerce applications.

 

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

• Work on-site at our facility in Macedonia, OH to manage informational web content and product catalog content

• Create and maintain synergy between front end website, back-end services, and ERP system

• Work with management and third-party web development vendors to ensure optimal site functionality

• Improve SEO

• Manage spread sheets in Excel from vendors to be uploaded to our website.  

Qualifications

• Must reside locally and be able to work on-site at our facility in Macedonia, OH

• At least one year of proven experience in E-Commerce web content management, digital marketing, website development, or a related field

• Associate Degree (or higher) in an I.T. or business-related field is preferred (candidates currently in pursuit of a degree may also be considered)

• Basic technical knowledge of HTML, web publishing, SEO, and web traffic metrics

• Working experience with MS Office Suite

• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills are an absolute must

• Rigorous attention to detail

• Highly organized with time-management skills

• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented office environment, with the ability to work independently

• Knowledge of industrial and/or construction supplies is a plus

 

Salary

Salary commensurate with experience
