Role Overview:
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include generating invoices, managing accounts receivable records, and providing support to our Sales, Service, and Logistics Teams. From liaising with project managers to resolving payment discrepancies, you'll be at the forefront of our financial transactions.
Essential Duties:
- Create and send invoices for contract milestones, project completions, and parts orders.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Service Teams, and Logistics Teams.
- Chase up, document, and process payments within specified deadlines.
- Conduct billing, collection, and reporting tasks with precision.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and general accounting.
- Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with office administration and procedures.
- Proficiency in general accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Ability to interpret and understand contracts.
- Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting and computer software.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Self-management skills with an initiative-driven approach.
- Positive attitude and ability to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
