Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician in the Wadsworth, Ohio area. This is a direct-hire position with a starting pay of $30 - $35 per hour depending upon experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing machinery and facilities
  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Document maintenance activities
  • Assist in taking apart, repairing, and rebuilding of production machinery
  • Assist in moving of machinery, installing and changing of equipment
  • Perform PM's on equipment


Experience Needed:

  • At least 3 years of recent manufacturing maintenance experience
  • A Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred
  • Experience diagnosing PLC issues
  • Mechanical experience including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, and machine rebuilds
  • Electrical experience including motors, AC/DC drives, motor controls, and wiring
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Utilization of CMMS maintenance programs
