Job Title: Fitness Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team. The Fitness Sales Associate will work closely with our members, providing exceptional customer service, and will play a key role in promoting our facility and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business growth through prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach efforts

- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, providing exceptional service and support

- Conduct facility tours, explain our services and programs, and close sales

- Develop and execute individualized sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets

- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and promote our brand

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

- Assist with member retention efforts, including follow-up calls, member surveys, and other outreach activities

- Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance metrics

Qualifications:

- Passion for fitness and sales

- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred

The Fitness Sales Associate will report to the Fitness Center Manager and will play a key role in driving revenue growth and promoting our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join a growing company and make a positive impact on our business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
