Responsibilities:


  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand as needed.
  • Ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
  • Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.
  • Assist with kitchen cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down countertops, and cleaning equipment.
  • Support kitchen staff by completing tasks as assigned and contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Communicate with kitchen and serving staff to prioritize cleaning tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
