A well-established local Payroll Company who has been processing payroll for more than 20 years, is looking for a full-time Payroll Processor to join their team. This company is team oriented, service minded, equipped with all the lates technology and process payroll for more than 100 companies of all sizes.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll, setting up banking deposits and withdrawals. The ideal candidate will have payroll experience and be dedicated to accuracy, timeliness, and reliability. Looking for an opportunity with a great team, this may be the position for you

Full-time, 8-hour days Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm and overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Following the company’s set procedures for calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions and presenting to clients.
  • Providing information and answering client questions about payroll-related matters.
  • Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
  • Issuing paychecks and managing direct deposits.
  • Coordinating with client to ensure correct employee data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
