We are currently seeking applications for a skilled and experienced handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various home improvement and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks including plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with various systems and equipment
- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and other household items
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various home improvement and repair tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
