Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with one of the most recognized and largest multi-segmented manufacturing company that produces various machined components for the hydraulics, aerospace, defense, and automotive industries. They are obsessed with performance and phrases such as 'you really saved us on that job' or 'zero defects per million' are heard regularly because their organization is committed to performing better for their customers than even their own expectations.

The CNC machinist will:

-Read drawings: review blueprints, sketches, and other files to understand the product's tolerances and specifications.

-Set up machines: Select machines and positions, load materials, and install fixtures.

-Monitor machines: Watch the process to ensure machines run smoothly and maintain specifications.

-Inspect Products: Check the products for quality and accuracy.

 

Experience Requirements:

-1 year of machining experience

-Experience measuring parts and is familiar with using micrometers, optical comparators, or calipers

-GD&T Experience

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints

-Swiss machining or hydraulic experience/knowledge

- CNC Setup experience
