We are currently recruiting for a Machine Repair/Rebuild "A" in our Maintenance Department (1st Shift)

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to move, install and maintain all machine tools used in production, plant equipment and buildings.
  • Ability to tear down machine tools, troubleshoot, replace worn and broken parts and assemble.
  • Ability to make adjustments and repairs to electrical and electronic equipment from low voltage to 120v - 480V
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand hydraulic functions and able to read hydraulic schematic prints.
  • Ability to repair and maintain electric and gas fired hardening furnaces
  • Ability to repair and maintain blast and all side equipment connected with heat treating.
  • General Maintenance as needed: Welding, Fabricating, Electrical, Plumbing, Changing light bulbs, HVAC filters, Fork Trucks and Industrial Lift Trucks

  • Gas Fire Industrial Heat Treat Furnaces
  • Electric Industrial Heat Treat Furnaces
  • Heat Treat Quench Presses
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card Holder.
