As a Staffing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Sales and New Business Development for contract and perm staffing business
  • Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients by marketing and cross-selling all of our service offerings.
  • Constantly pursue business opportunities within new companies and markets while collaborating with our Account Management partners to strategically expand your existing business.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline for prospective clients via digital marketing, warm calls, cold calls, networking events and the use of social media
  • Identify and connect with hiring managers to bring technology related job orders
  • Manage the full lifecycle hiring process with hiring managers, from assessing to filling needs
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Provide training, mentoring and career development of team members.
  • Resolve any customer concerns or problems in a timely manner
