Irrigation Technician Job Summary

 

 

We are looking for an Irrigation Technician.  Our ideal candidate has experience in irrigation and is comfortable working independently. Since this job involves traveling to different locations to perform valve repairs, we will provide you with a reliable vehicle that can transport any necessary materials, company gas card, and company cell phone for communication as well as to take photos.

 

Irrigation Technician Duties and Responsibilities

·         Install irrigation or sprinkler systems

·         Test systems for potential issues

·         Evaluate the winterization of each system

·         Sprinkler valve repair

·         Landscape areas as needed

·         Ability to evaluate and problem-solve irrigation issues

·         Ability and willingness to communicate with crew members and management regarding repairs and                          timelines.

·         Ability to multitask and complete multiple repairs in a day.  

          Irrigation Technician Requirements and Qualifications

·         Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

·         Bilingual communication is required

·         3-5 years’ experience as an irrigation technician
