Johnson Service Group (JSG) is teamed with a leader in the Aerospace, and Defense markets. We are currently seeking a talented Finance Manager with FP&A expertise for our global client.

Summary of Job Scope:

  • 8-10+ years of accounting/financial experience, leading a team of finance professionals.
  • Responsible for hiring, retaining, coaching and training a high-performance team.
  • Strong GAAP and financial analysis tools, including discounted cash flows, activity-based management, variance analysis, etc.
  • Contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement CI objectives.
  • Participate in strategic planning, preparing and interpreting analysis.
  • Manage an annual department budget process, financial forecasts and projections.
  • Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, and external/internal auditing processes.
  • Ability to successfully align and collaborate with a senior leadership team.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Must have outstanding leadership skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
  • MBA and/or CPA is a plus.
