New Design Concepts (www.thendcway.com) specializes in providing top tier contract furniture solutions to many different industries including student housing, hospitality, multifamily and others. We have a long history of delivering exceptional projects to a wide range of customers in hospitality, multi family, luxury apartments and student housing.

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in partnering with one of our owners and Managing Director to focus on expanding our market presence by identifying and developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts within the student housing, hospitality, and multifamily sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales acumen, customer communication, and strong technology skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimize the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve marketing efforts and sales performance.

· Maintain customer data including pricing, customer and contact information within a Microsoft ERP platform.

· Design and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to different audience needs, highlighting the unique value propositions of our products/services.

· Assist with the implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including design, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to post sale support.

Qualifications:

· Position is a remote position. Periodic travel to corporate office in Birmingham, AL could be necessary.

· Savvy in leveraging technology to assist with prospecting and account management process. Office 365 Suite expertise is a must.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.

· Highly organized and a humble spirit that wants to contribute positively to the team and company culture.

· Experience in furniture, interior design, or related industries would be a plus but not required.
