We are seeking a friendly and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you will showcase our apartment community, provide personalized tours, and assist with the leasing process. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to close leases will contribute to maintaining high occupancy levels and resident satisfaction.
As A Member of This Team:
- Greet prospective residents and provide them with a warm welcome to the community.
- Showcase apartments and amenities through personalized tours, highlighting features and benefits.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications, verifying qualifications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant with regulations.
- Follow up with prospective residents to ensure a smooth leasing process and encourage lease signings.
- Coordinate move-in dates and times with new residents, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents to encourage lease renewals and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing to effectively market and lease apartments.
- Participate in property events and promotions to attract prospective residents and enhance community engagement.
You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Onesite).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices.
