You will

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests, your fellow teammates, and suppliers.
  • Create community in our coffee house by sharing your joy with our guests and inspiring your fellow teammates to do the same.
  • Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages with a variety of different brewing and preparation methods.
  • Prepare and serve delicious food.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current beverage and food offerings and preparation techniques.
  • Support your team by taking pride in the tasks that keep the coffee house running smoothly—these tasks may vary but can include cleaning, clearing and washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and taking out the trash.
  • Uphold and follow all health and safety guidelines.
  • Promote a safe and respectful working environment.

  • Existing Food Handler’s Certification or will obtain within 30 days post-hire.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • A flexible schedule and are available to work on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday.
  • Previous barista experience is a plus.
