CT Tech $3,000 weekly gross pay 

13 week contract - PM Shift - 7pm-3;30am  

Start date: 6/11 - 6/17 or 6/25

Summary
As a CT Tech, you will be a vital member of our medical imaging team, utilizing your expertise in CT, and medical terminology to perform accurate and detailed scans for diagnostic purposes. Your proficiency in anatomy and physiology knowledge will ensure precise imaging results, contributing to the overall quality of patient care. With premium skills in DEXA scans and urgent care settings, you will be well-equipped to handle a variety of imaging procedures efficiently. Duties:
- Perform diagnostic CT scans on patients using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions.
- Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety during the scan.
- Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality images of the designated area.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any adverse reactions or complications.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze scan results.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan details, and any relevant observations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a CT Technologist.
- Proficiency in performing CT scans, including knowledge of scan protocols and positioning techniques.
- Familiarity with other medical imaging modalities such as X-Ray, Sonography, or PET scans is a plus.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
