Job DescriptionJob Description

This is an entry level position where you can expect to work at multiple stations: cashier, runner, griller, etc. Experience with preparing and cooking food in a food truck setting a plus but willing to train the right candidate. Great opportunity with room for advancement. Nice new food trailer in busy location and scheduled for offsite events throughout the year.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

●        Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils

●        Cook batches of food

●        Cook several different orders simultaneously

●        Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas

●        Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared

●        Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as fryer and griddle

●        Read food order slips, follow requests from customers, and prepare and cook food according to instructions

●        Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity

●        Clean and stock workstations

●        Serve orders to customers

●        Take food and drink orders, and receive payment from customers

 

Full time or Part time: $14 per hour starting pay

Schedule: Flexibility required. Open 7 days a week. 7:00am-7pm M-F, 8am-5pm S&S
