Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is an outpatient clinic committed to providing our employees with the utmost positive work environment. Our ideal candidate is motivated, works well in a team environment, and values evidence-based care, patient education, and good communication with their peers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing skilled physical therapy care to address pain, functional limitations, and strength/range-based deficits utilizing evidence-based practice.

Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and daily notes. Ensure charting compliance as required by Medicare, Medicaid, and universal guidelines.

Supervise appropriate clinical staff (PTA, techs) and coordinate with front desk / administrative staff.

Coordinating other patient care activities/ services to provide the highest quality of patient care.

Test, evaluate, and record muscle strength, joint measurements, so that objectives are determined., treatment plan developed and regularly reviewed.

Instruct patients/caregivers, nurses, or attendants in home programs for the purpose of advancing the patient’s independence in self-care and activities of daily living; helps patient accept and function to their maximum within the limits of irreversible disability.

Always maintain a safe and hazard free work environment by following the policies and procedures of Compleat Rehab.

 

Education/Qualifications:

Graduation with Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapist program.

Physical therapy licensure in the state of North Carolina.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Evidence of ongoing continuing education in clinical areas.

Speaks, writes, reads, and comprehends English. Fluency in other languages a plus but not required.
