Essential Duties and Responsibilities (In addition to performing all other duties as required)

1.         Assist Team leader in fire, smoke, water, microbial, bio hazard damage remediation

2.         Smoke and odor removal

3.         Post-construction cleanup

4.         Fabric and upholstery cleaning

5.         Provides guidance, reviews and assigns work to team members as well as documentation of the mitigation.

6.         Work on both small and large crews

7.         All Team members are Responsible for project documentation

8.         Direct daily client interaction
9.         Addresses or direct client questions to the team leader and resolves concerns; communicates with project managers with daily updates

10.       Assists personnel on hazmat responses

11.       Multiple forms of media blasting / restoration

12.       On call with a team 1 week a month

 

Minimum and Essential Qualifications

1.         Two or more years of cleaning/restoration experience or equivalent; high school    diploma or equivalent

2.         Leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised with established direction

3.         Able to use all moisture reading instrumentation

4.         Knowledge of safety procedures

5.         Skilled in drying and cleaning techniques, including carpet, upholstery, and           drapery cleaning procedures; able to install carpet and pad, including seaming pieces

6.         Familiar with the proper technique for mold remediation

7.         Proficient in nonstructural demolition

8.         Holds multiple certifications in the restoration industry
