Job Description: You'll responsible for providing technical advice to the customer for the proper operation of their units, in addition to collecting the necessary information on the behavior of the product after the sale for feedback to the plant.

Functions:

1. Attend regular visits with customers and solve their problems.

2. Should be able to perform jobs and repairs in the following: electrical, fiberglass, painting, AC system, welding.

3. Collect, issue and send field reports.

4. Coordinate product corrections after the sale.

5. Provide technical support to customers and distributors.

6. Look for alternative solutions to the technical problems of the product.

Descripción del puesto: Es el responsable de brindar la asesoría técnica al cliente para el correcto funcionamiento de sus unidades, además de recopilar la información necesaria del comportamiento del producto después de la venta para su retroalimentación a planta.

Funciones:

1. Asistir a visitas periódicas con los clientes y solucionar sus problemas.

2. Debe ser capaz de realizar trabajos y reparaciones en los siguientes: eléctrico, fibra de vidrio, pintura, sistema de CA, soldadura.

2. Levantar, emitir y enviar reportes de campo.

3. Coordinar las correcciones del producto después de la venta.

4. Brindar el soporte técnico a clientes y distribuidores.

5. Buscar alternativas de solución a los problemas técnicos del producto.
