We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Surveillance Personnel. The successful candidates will play a critical role in monitoring the premises and ensuring the safety of others through vigilant surveillance and proactive response measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor designated areas using surveillance systems, CCTV cameras, and other monitoring equipment.
  • Detect and assess suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure the integrity of security perimeters.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of security incidents, observations, and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as necessary.
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance safety measures.
  • Provide assistance and support to clients, employees, and visitors as needed.
  • Stay updated on security trends, threats, and best practices to ensure effective surveillance operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize security strategies and address emerging challenges.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in security and surveillance preferred.
  • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related field is advantageous.
  • Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and computer systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to make quick and sound decisions in challenging situations.
  • Physical fitness and willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
