Job Title: Shipping Documentation Clerk
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm

Job Summary (1-2 sentence statement describing the general purpose and responsibilities of job):

  • Responsibilities include controlling incoming/ internal documentation scanning/filing process and maintenance for Shipping and Receiving areas, including Shop Orders, Material Certs, COCs and any other required documents.
  • Assist Buyers by entering and verifying Supplier OAs.
  • When needed conduct internal cycle counts on designated areas to ensure inventory accuracies.

Essential Functions:

  • Scan and file in system all documentation required for Shipping/ Receiving department.
  • Verify and enter all production OAs from Suppliers and assist in obtaining when necessary.
  • Performa other duties as mandated by Supervisor.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, speak and write English.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills/ Qualifications (trainable skills):

  • Experience with excel.
  • Prior documentation control experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work primarily involves sitting/ standing.
  • Sitting or standing for long periods of time
  • Repetitive movements of hands, wrists, or fingers.
