Must Haves

  • 3+ years’ experience as an AV Project Manager and/or Field Engineer
  • AV Manufacturers, Project Management, and/or CTS certifications (Biamp, Extron, Crestron, etc.)

Expectations

  • In-person Project Management based in Midtown NYC office with the ability to travel for projects as needed. Hybrid work will be possible after an initiation period and will not exceed more than 2 days/week working from home.
  • Attend walk throughs and work with estimating and sales to help develop SOW.
  • Work with Engineering to refine the scope of work, review and approve BOMs, understand system designs and layout work with Engineering and onsite construction team(s).
  • Forecast job flow and develop project work schedules for projects that maximize labor efficiency and manage expectations with clients and GCs, facilitate harmony between trades and stakeholders on projects.
  • Overall supervision of AV projects and onsite personnel, attend onsite and remote project meetings,
  • Keep accurate records of labor and material to back up job cost accounting.
  • Contribute to development and refinement of processes for Project Management and Operations teams.
  • Produce ongoing, weekly Project Reports for submission to submit to clients and management.
  • Ensure safety procedures are always followed.
  • Maintain project folder structure, organization & documentation.
  • Verify systems compliance compared to proposal, estimate, client needs and on-site requirements.
  • 1 new certification per year.
